Press Connect Telegram on the banner at the top of the client area. The PapilioHost bot opens; tap Start.
You then get a message when an invoice is issued or paid, a ticket is answered, or a service is activated, suspended or renewed. The banner disappears once you are connected.
To stop the alerts, block the bot in Telegram or ask us in a ticket.
